S.R. 201 Eastbound Lanes
Crews will be working nights on the eastbound lanes of S.R. 201 as soon as Aug 11. The work includes restriping lanes and moving barriers to shift traffic to the north side of the road. The shift is needed for crews to work on widening the road, relocating utilities and drainage work. That work is projected for 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. on August 11 and 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. on August 12-13. During the night work, traffic will be reduced to one lane. Please check the website for updates.
S.R. 201 Northwest Frontage Road
One-way flagging operations are projected to occur on August 12 for the S.R. 201 northwest frontage road. Crews will be removing a tree in the area. Please use caution and obey the signs while driving through the area.
S.R. 201 Southeast Frontage Road
A traffic shift is projected to occur as early as August 12 between 5370 West and 4800 West on the S.R. 201 southeast frontage road. Crews will be doing utility work. The work is projected to last through August 21. The traffic shift will remain in place through 2019.
4100 South to 3500 South
Night work is projected to start as early as August 15 on the corridor property between 4100 South and 3500 South. Crews will be working excavation and compacting operations from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. This work is expected to continue until August 17. However, night work is expected to occur intermittently in this area through 2019.
Darle Avenue
Night work is projected for August 19 to August 21 from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Crews will be working on the pedestrian underpass. Residents in the area may notice an increase of noise. Work will be done in accordance to the night work noise permit obtained from Salt Lake County.
2700 South
One-way flagging operations are projected to begin as early as August 12. Utility work will start between Jacketta Lane and Caroline Drive/Glen Eagle Drive. Flagging operations will be from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The work will require shoulder closures as well. Work is projected to continue through early September.
