On Wednesday of last week, we experienced heavy rain, 30 mile per hour winds, and saw lightning in the forecast.  With such exciting wet and cold and possibly dangerous circumstances, the ChamberWest Golf Tournament was postponed to Wednesday, September 1^st.  Many thanks to those who showed up and were able to enjoy breakfast and a conversation with Congressman Burgess Owens.  The golf committee now has the opportunity to again deliver on a fun tournament with great food and beverage, awesome raffle items, and the opportunity to spend time with friends and colleagues.  We look forward to seeing those of you who registered to participate. There is still space available for the 2021/2022 Leadership Institute Program but please get your application in soon as we are expecting the program to sell out again.  If leadership development is important to your organization, ChamberWest has a reputation for an effective and powerful 10 month program which is scheduled to start with a Wednesday/Thursday event at the Hyatt Place Park City on September 8^th-9^th.  The program is designed to challenge and engage leaders in professional and personal growth while inspiring an entrepreneurial spirit in building a better community. More information and registration is available at: https://chamberwest.com/2021-leadership-institute.
